Symmers Healthcare Pathology Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. is a leading diagnostic center, founded in January 2025 by Dr. Umang Gandhi in the South-Bopal area. Previously known as Symmers Pathcare, a partnership firm established in 2002, the laboratory has evolved to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community.

Dr. Umang Gandhi, who holds an MD in Pathology (2001), brings over 22 years of extensive experience in the field of pathology. Under his expert leadership, Symmers Healthcare Pathology Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. has flourished, offering cutting-edge diagnostic services with a commitment to precision and reliability.

The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art, high-throughput systems that ensure fast and highly accurate test results. + What services does your laboratory offer?

We offer a wide range of diagnostic tests including blood tests, urine analysis, biopsies, histopathology, cytology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and more.

+ Where are you located?

Ground & 2nd floor, SBTC, South Bopal Trade Centre, Gala Gymkhana Rd, near Aaryan Gloria, Aaryan Gloria, South Bopal, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058. You can find our full location and directions on the Contact Us page.

+ What are your operating hours?

We are open 24 hours. Some services may be available on Sundays or holidays with prior booking.

+ Is your lab accredited?

Yes, we are certified by ISO, ensuring quality and accuracy in all tests. We have already applied for NABL and we will soon get it.

+ How do you ensure patient confidentiality?

We strictly follow data privacy protocols to protect your health information and test results.

+ Do I need an appointment for a test?

Appointments are recommended, especially for specialized tests or home sample collection. However, we do accept walk-ins for most routine tests.

+ How can I book an appointment?

+ Do you offer home sample collection?

Yes, we provide home sample collection services. Please contact us to schedule a convenient time.

Billing & Insurance

+ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and most digital wallets.

+ Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we work with several insurance providers. Please contact us or your insurance company to confirm coverage before testing.

+ Can I get a bill or receipt for reimbursement?

Yes, we provide detailed invoices that are valid for insurance or reimbursement claims.

Test Preparation & Result

+ Do I need to fast before my blood test?

Some tests require fasting like Lipid Profile, Fasting Blood Glucose, Hormone testing. You will be informed during booking or at the lab. As a general rule, fasting for 8–12 hours is needed for glucose and lipid profiles.

+ What should I bring for my test?

Bring a valid ID, your doctor’s prescription (if any), and your insurance card if applicable.

+ When will my test results be ready?

Turnaround times vary depending on the test. Routine blood tests are typically ready within 24 hours. More complex tests like biopsies or cultures may take longer. We will inform you of the expected time when your sample is collected.

+ How can I access my results?

You can access your reports via email, WhatsApp, or by collecting them in person at the lab.

+ Will my doctor receive a copy of my results?

Yes, if referred by your doctor, we can send the report directly to their clinic or email, with your permission.
